DESCRIPTION

Effective decorative and protective impregnation for wood. Pinotex Classic binder is based on AWB technology. AWB (AkzoNobel Wood protection Binder) is a unique set of modern technologies for the creation and production of a new type of binder, thanks to which active substances penetrate deeper and are washed out more slowly. Contains active additives against mold and blue stain. The painted surface is resistant to sun, rain, snow and frost. The impregnation is easily applied and quickly absorbed into the surface of the wood, forming a semi-gloss film with high decorative and protective properties. It is recommended to use in a system with Pinotex Base primer to protect deep layers of wood. AWB technology in finishing impregnations and Pinotex Base primer together provide double active protection of the wood surface.

APPLICATION AREA

For outdoor work. Suitable for painting sawn and planed wood surfaces, such as facade walls, gazebos, garden furniture, fences, windows, doors, awnings, etc. Not recommended for use in residential areas. Ideal for log buildings and semicircular cladding profiles.

APPLICATION FEATURES

Stir thoroughly before and during use. Perform surface preparation. It is recommended to apply in two layers at a temperature not lower than +10°С and not higher than +25°С, relative air humidity less than 80%, wood moisture content less than 18%. Particularly carefully impregnate the end surfaces of the treated wood. The most effective protective properties of the coating are achieved when wood is impregnated by immersion (dipping). Each subsequent applied layer makes the color on the surface darker and more resistant to weathering. In the process of application, the impregnation has a milky tint, the final color appears after drying.

DILUTION

Dilution is not required. If it is necessary to lighten the selected shade, dilute in a ratio of not more than 1 part of the Classic impregnation (CLR) to 2 parts of the tint.
